WalnutDSA Demonstration — See Our Lighting Fast Performance Yourself

IoT Security Update: WalnutDSA Demo
In this video, our CEO, Louis Parks, demonstrates WalnutDSA, our quantum-resistant, digital signature algorithm designed for the small, low-resource devices used in the Internet of Things. This demo uses two Microchip SAM L 10 boards that each feature an Arm Cortex M23 processor to compare the signature verification performance of WalnutDSA. vs. ECDSA. See a demonstration of our superior performance over ECDSA in software. We also show our method in software outperforming ECDSA even when it is run in hardware!

Check out our WalnutDSA demonstration here.

Webinar Replay: How to Protect and Update Your Firmware in a Dangerous World

IoT Security Update: Ask the Experts Webinar

We recently kicked off our “Ask the IoT Security Experts” webinar series on April 30th with a session discussing “How to Protect and Update Your Firmware in a Dangerous World.” Our webinar included a mix of prepared content and discussion covering what you need to consider when securing device-to-device communications and effective secure boot and secure firmware update strategies for processors at the edge of the IoT. Key topics covered in this webinar included:

  • The unique difficulties of securing low-resource IoT devices
  • Security risks when IoT devices boot up (individually and as a system of connected devices)
  • Four key capabilities a secure boot solution must have to be effective
  • Security challenges updating devices in the field and how to solve them

If you missed this webinar, no worries! We have made the webinar recording and slides available for your convenience. Click here or on the button below to access the webinar recording and slides.

Coming Events

SiFive European Symposiums. Our industry is witnessing new and innovative RISC-V based solutions for IoT, AI, networking and storage applications. We will be joining our partner SiFive at two upcoming technical symposiums in Europe to foster education about RISC-V and advance deeper collaboration within the hardware community. These global symposiums organized by SiFive will feature presentations by industry veterans, ecosystem partners and academic luminaries. Our CEO, Louis Parks, will showcase our performance on currently-available SiFive development boards and customizable RISC-V SoC platforms. All symposiums are free, include lunch, start at 8:00 a.m. and run to the end of the day:
